TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Requires the latest operating system version (iOS/iPadOS or Android)

• App Size is less than 200mb

• Mobile apps require internet access to perform certain functions including:

  • downloading forms (initial configuration)

  • syncing client lists

  • syncing client records

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP ON iOS FOR APPLE DEVICES

1. Power on and set up the iPad.

   1. Press and hold the power button at the top until the Apple logo appears.

   2. Tap Set Up Manually, then follow the onscreen setup instructions. The set up process will include the creation of an Apple ID.

2. Prepare to download:

   1. Make sure the iPad is connected to a secure WiFi network.

      1. You may need the name and password of the network.

   2. Have your Apple ID and password handy.

3. Download Apex Data

   1. Navigate to the App Store.

      

   2. Search for Apex Data: Just Health. Click Get to download the app to your device.

      

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP ON ANDROID DEVICES

1. Power on the tablet.

2. Prepare to download:

   1. Make sure the tablet is connected to a secure WiFi network.

      1. You may need the name and password of the network.

3. Download Apex Data

   1. Navigate to the Google Play Store

      

   2. Search for Apex Data. Click Install to downland the app to your device.
