      Submitting a ticket for CS ROI issues

      1. Click submit a ticket to open the Apex General Support Request Form

      2. Enter your Name and Email address

      3. In the “How can we help you?” section, select I need support with the Community Schools ROI App.”

      4. Choose one of more of the following options in the “Please indicate the nature of your support request” section:

        1. There is a technical issue with the ROI App. Something isn't working right.

        2. I have a question about how to use the ROI App, which type of entry I should use, etc.

        3. It's something else.

      5. Provide as many details as possible in the text box.

      6. Upload attachments such as screenshots, if desired.

      7. Click Submit.

      8. If you would rather discuss this issue with Apex Customer Support, you are welcome to schedule a live Zoom session by using the provided link here or in the form: https://scheduler.zoom.us/jacqueline-smerdel-she-her/apex-training-and-client-support
