      Submitting a ticket for SBHC Data Hub

      1. Click submit a ticket to open the Apex General Support Request Form

      2. Enter your Name and Email address

      3. In the “How can we help you?” section, select I need support with Apex Data (App on iPad/Android tablet or SBHC Data Hub on web-browser).”

      4. Choose one of more of the following options in the “How are you accessing Apex Data?” section:

        1. Data App on iPad or Android Tablet

        2. SBHC Data Hub on web-browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

      5. Provide as many details as possible in the text box.

      6. Upload attachments such as screenshots, if desired.

      7. Click Submit.

      8. If you would rather discuss this issue with Apex Customer Support, you are welcome to schedule a live Zoom session by using the provided link here or in the form: https://scheduler.zoom.us/jacqueline-smerdel-she-her/apex-training-and-client-support
