Submitting a ticket for Cerberus and Visit Data issues

1. Click submit a ticket to open the Apex General Support Request Form

2. Enter your Name and Email address

3. In the “How can we help you?” section, select “I need support with Cerberus and Visit Data”

   

4. Provide as many details as possible in the text box.

5. Upload attachments such as screenshots, if desired.

6. Click Submit.
