SBHC Data Hub - 2FA Logging In
Apex offers two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your login security. Two-factor authentication sends a code to an email or phone number you control to ensure that you are the one logging in. Follow the steps below to set up your 2FA security.
Navigate to the Apex School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Data Hub at https://datahub.apexeval.org and log in by entering your account information.
Once on the Log In page, enter your email and password and click Log In.
Upon logging in, the system will prompt two-factor authentication set up with the option to receive your code by email or text message as shown below. Make a selection based on your preferences.
Once a selection is made for the first time, the system will open a new window for you to enter the desired contact information. Each login afterwards will use that contact info to complete the authentication process.
A numeric code will be sent to either your chosen email or phone number. Simply enter that code into the prompt shown below to finalize the authentication process. At this point, you will be directed to the SBHC Data Hub.
The Remember browser checkbox will allow you to skip the authentication process on a trusted device. This is not recommended for devices that have multiple users.
